Our Goal

Did you know that food travels on average 1500 miles to reach your dinner plate?

We want to reduce that number as much as possible and believe urban farms are a great way to keep food fresher, for longer. We also want to make organic food easily accessible to everyone, without the added costs of time and transportation. Goodbye food-desert, hello desert grown food!

By recycling our food waste, we may build the urban farmland needed to sustain our desire for rich, local food. And we can bring that food to you.
